كمحللة إستباقية إستخباراتية ترسم شكل المستقبل المنظور والنظام العالمى الجديد، وتتعرض بإستمرار لتهديدات من عملاء مأجورين للموساد الإسرائيلى والمخابرات المركزية الأمريكية… لذا، شغلت فكرى ووقتى وأدواتى التحليلية لفهم وتحليل الطرق المثلى لكيفية التخلص من هؤلاء المجندين المأجورين بشكل يخيف أجهزتهم الإستخباراتية بالأساس من مجرد الدفع بأحدهم فى طريقى، فإكتشفت أن أبرز تلك الطرق المثلى للتخلص من عملاؤهم، كالآتى:
١) أفضح كل عملاؤهم ومن ساعدهم على الإقتراب منك، أو ترتيب لقاء مفتعل معك عالمياً. نعم أرسل لكافة السفارات وأجهزة الإستخبارات فى العالم، قائمة كاملة بكافة العملاء المأجورين منعدمى الإحساس أو الكرامة من عملاء الموساد الإسرائيلى أو المخابرات المركزية الأمريكية. فتلك القوائم بأسماء عملاء الموساد الإسرائيلى والمخابرات الأمريكية ستفتح شهية كافة أجهزة الإستخبارات فى العالم كله لتتبعهم
٢) أحرق عملاء الموساد والمخابرات الأمريكية المجندين بشكل تام، لدرجة إجبار أجهزتهم الإستخباراتية على إنهاء خدماتهم والإستغناء عنهم وللأبد
٣) أرسل أول بأول كافة المضايقات التى تعرضت لها منهم للعالم كله… حتى لا يتهمونك فى لحظة بالجنون مثلما حدث معى… ولم يكونوا يعلمون لثوان واحدة ببراعتى منقطعة النظير، وبأننى كم عملت لمثل هذه اللحظة كافة ترتيباتها منذ سنين، لخبرتى الطويلة فى التعرف والتعامل مع كافة شبكات التجسس الأمريكية والإسرائيلية، والقدرة على تفكيكها لهم بشكل تام
٤) يجب إنشاء أجهزة حقيقية قوية لمكافحة التجسس الوطنى وشبكات المراقبة ومكاتب لمكافحة التجسس الخارجى فى كل محافظة أو مدينة، للقدرة على تفكيك كافة شبكات التجسس على كل الأراضى فى الدولة
٥) والشئ المدهش بالنسبة لى، هو نجاح محاصرة الإستخبارات الصينية فى محاصرة كافة ضباط المخابرات المركزية الأمريكية والمخبرين الأمريكيين، الذين كانوا يذهبون إلى المطاعم الصينية للقاء عملاؤهم وشبكة الجواسيس الأمريكية فى الصين، والتى إتضح أنها كانت جميعاً تتم تحت رقابة الأجهزة السرية الصينية، والأدهش هو تركيب السلطات الصينية لميكروفونات فى كل طاولة فى كل مطعم فى الصين، وفقاً للتقارير السرية للإستخبارات الصينية، والمحبط بالنسبة للإستخبارات الأمريكية وللعالم كله، هو عمل هؤلاء العاملين فى مطاعم الصين لدى أجهزة مكافحة التجسس فى الدولة الصينية، بل وحيازتهم لرتب عسكرية وأمنية مختلفة فى (جهاز مكافحة التجسس الوطنى الصينى)
٦) يجب أن تتعاون دول المنطقة والعالم النامى على إضعاف العمق الأمريكى عبر محاولة تجنيد العاملين فى أجهزتهم الإستخباراتية، مثلما يحاولون مع كل دولة فى العالم. وهذا ما يرجع بى بالذاكرة لما حدث شبيهاً له تماماً، بالنظر لما تكبدته أيضاً وكالة المخابرات المركزية الأمريكية فى فترة الإتحاد السوفيتى، وذلك بعد كشف العديد من العملاء الأمريكيين داخل الأراضى السوفيتية. وكانت الصدمة الرهيبة هى أن السبب الحقيقى لكشف العملاء الأمريكان على الأراضى السوفيتية، هو الخيانة من داخل وكالة الإستخبارات المركزية الأمريكية نفسها، إذ تم تسليم الجواسيس الأمريكيين لصائديهم السوفييت من قبل عميل مكتب التحقيقات الفيدرالى الأمريكى (روبرت هانسن)، ورئيس وحدة مكافحة التجسس ذاته فى داخل وكالة الإستخبارات المركزية الأمريكية (ألدريتش أيمس)، واللذين تم تجنيدهما من قبل جهاز مخابرات الـ
“KGB”
السوفيتى المخيف فى فترة السبعينيات والثمانينيات وطوال فترة الحرب الباردة بين الطرفين الأمريكى والسوفيتى.
٧) وهنا، تكمن المفاجأة الكبرى فى سهولة تفكيك كافة شبكات التجسس الأمريكية بل والإسرائيلية معها، بالنظر لتعاونهما الوثيق فى الصين على سبيل المثال، بالنظر لقدرة الإستخبارات الصينية على تفكيك كافة شبكات التجسس الأمريكية على الأراضى الصينية، بسبب تمكن (جهاز مكافحة التجسس الصينى) من كشف نظام مراقبة حديث، نظمته وكالة الأمن القومى الأمريكية من تايوان

ففى البداية ذهب عملاء وكالة المخابرات المركزية الأمريكية للطالب الأمريكى فى شنغهاى بالصين “غلين شرايفر”، والذى جمع معلومات أمريكية ذات طبيعة دفاعية للمخابرات الصينية من أجل كسب المال. ولإلهام الطلاب الأمريكيين الذين يدرسون في الخارج وتحفيز وطنيتهم، أصدر مكتب التحقيقات الفيدرالى الأمريكى

٨) بل وتم إكتشاف حالات إختراق صينية حقيقية للإستخبارات الأمريكية من عمق الداخل، منها ما حدث فى مارس ٢٠١٧، حيث تم إعتقال الموظفة بوزارة الخارجية “كانديس كلينبورن”، بعد إكتشاف وجود إتصالات سرية لها مع مسؤولين صينيين، وكشف حسابها البنكى فضحية تدفق الأموال عليها من الصين، وعلاوة على ذلك، أغدق المسؤولون الصينيون عليها الهدايا الثمينة وغمروها بالأموال، ومن بينها: هاتف آى فون، وجهاز كمبيوتر محمول “لاب توب”، وشقة مفروشة بالكامل، والعديد من المزايا الأخرى. لكن “كلينبورن” لم تعترف بخطأها، ولم يستطع أحد إثبات أنها كشفت معلومات عن عملاء أمريكيين للصينيين
٩) وحالة أخرى تم إكتشافها لتجسس صينى على واشنطن، في يناير ٢٠١٨، تم إعتقال “جيرى تشون شين لى” البالغ من العمر ٥٣ عاماً فى مطار نيويورك. ويعد “جيرى تشون شين لى” مواطن أمريكى من أصول صينية، خدم فى القوات المسلحة الأمريكية فى الثمانينيات، ومنذ عام ١٩٩٤ عمل فى وكالة الإستخبارات المركزية الأمريكية، حيث كان لديه حق الوصول إلى وثائق سرية للغاية. وفى عام ٢٠٠٧، تقاعد وذهب مع عائلته إلى “هونغ كونغ”، وهناك عمل فى دار للمزادات، تعود لأحد كبار المسؤولين المؤثرين فى الحزب الشيوعى الصينى، وتم التعرف عليه وتجنيده لصالح الصين فى مواجهة جهاز المخابرات المركزية الأمريكية
١٠) كما أنه بالإضافة إلى ذلك، فإن نظام الإتصالات السرى الأمريكى، المستخدم فى الصين، والمعروف بإسم
Covcom
والذى إستخدمته شبكة من العملاء الأمريكيين فى الصين، كان بدائياً جداً، والأخطر هو كونه مربوطاً عبر شبكة الإنترنت، وكان شبيهاً بالمرة لنظام إتصالات الإستخبارات الأمريكية فى الشرق الأوسط، حيث بيئة الشبكة أقل خطورة. ومن الواضح أن عباقرة الإستخبارات الأمريكية لم يقدروا قدرات القراصنة والمتسللين الصينيين حق قدرهم. وعندما أجرى فريق التحقيق الأمريكى إختبارات لتتبع الإختراق الصينى، فوجد أن النظام الأمريكى للإتصالات بشبكة العملاء والجواسيس فى الصين يحتوى على خطأ فادح، إذ بمجرد دخوله، يمكن بسهولة الوصول إلى نظام إتصال سرى أوسع بكثير، حيث كانت وكالة المخابرات المركزية الأمريكية تستخدمه وتتفاعل من خلاله مع شبكة عملائها ووكلائها فى جميع أنحاء العالم.
١١) والأكثر خطورة، هو شعور وكالة الإستخبارات المركزية الأمريكية بالقلق بشكل خاص، خوفاً من إحتمال أن تكون الإستخبارات الصينية قد شاركت نظيرتها الروسية هذه المعلومات وأبلغتها عن طرق الوصول إلى نظام “Covcom”
للإتصالات الإستخباراتية الأمريكية مع عملاؤها على الأراضى الصينية. وما زاد من مخاوف الأمريكان، هو إختفاء عدد من المخبرين والجواسيس الأمريكان بالفعل، من الذين كانوا ينشطون فى روسيا، وتوقفهم عن الإتصال مع مشغليهم من الجانب الأمريكى فى نفس التوقيت الذى إنهارت فيه شبكة الإستخبارات الأمريكية فى الصين، مما يؤكد تسليم الصينيين لشفرة الإتصالات السرية للجواسيس الأمريكان للروس
١٢) ومن هنا، فتكمن خطتى العبقرية للصين وللعالم، فى ضرورة تفكيك كافة شبكات التجسس الأمريكية على أراضيها نظراً لخطورتها الشديدة على أمن دولتهم، بالتوصل لنظام الإتصالات الأمريكى

١٣) وفى الصين، يعد أخطر مكتب تم إعداده خصيصاً لإصطياد عملاء الموساد الإسرائيلى والمخابرات الأمريكية، هو القسم المختص فى (المكتب السادس بوزارة أمن الدولة الصينية بمقاطعة جيانغسو الصينية)، والتى تعد بمثابة وكالة الإستخبارات الرئيسية للحزب الشيوعى الحاكم فى الصين
١٤) ويبقى الأمر الجدير بالذكر عندى، والذى يجب أن ينطبق فى الممارسة العملية على أبناء الوطن لتعميمه جماعياً من الخبرة الصينية، هو أنه بموجب (قانون الأمن القومى الصينى)، يتعين على كل مواطن وشركة صينية التعاون مع الحزب الشيوعى الصينى وقياداته فى مسائل الأمن القومى. وهذا ما يعنى فى الممارسة العملية، بأن تلك الشركات الصينية التى تتعامل مع أى شركات أجنبية، تظل مطالبة بمشاركة أية تقنية أو معلومات تحصل عليها مع الجيش الصينى أو أجهزة المخابرات فى الدولة الصينية. وبالمثل، يتوقع من كافة الباحثين وطلاب الدراسات العليا الصينيين، من العاملين فى مشروعات العلوم أو التكنولوجيا أو الهندسة أو الرياضيات مشاركة أبحاثهم مع بكين، من أجل رفاهية وتطوير دولتهم.
١٥) وبناءً عليه يتضح، مدى الإنتشار الواسع للصينيين فى أمريكا وأوروبا والعالم، حفاظاً على أمنهم وأمن وطنهم أولاً، ثم الحصول على كافة التكنولوجيات المتقدمة التى تتيح لهم تطوير وتحديث البنية الصناعية والعسكرية لدولتهم، وهذا ما كشف عنه “وليام إيفانينا” رئيس مركز مكافحة التجسس والأمن القومى الأمريكى، بأن الصينيين بارعين فى هذا المجال، بإتباع وسائل متنوعة وعديدة، عن طريق (وزارة أمن الدولة الصينية، إدارة عمل الجبهة المتحدة، جيش التحرير الشعبى)
١٦) كما أن الصينيين يستخدمون مجموعة متنوعة من التكتيكات البارعة فى هذا الإطار، بما فى ذلك أحدث أجهزة وأنظمة التجسس الإلكترونى، للوصول إلى المعلومات الحساسة عن بعد، وما يعرف بتقنية “ذكاء الإشارة” لإلتقاط المعلومات سريعاً، فضلاً عن الذكاء الإلكترونى، الذى مكنها من فك جميع شفرات أجهزة التجسس والتصنت الأمريكية على أراضيها وفى الخارج
وبذلك، تتضح لنا الرؤية تماماً بشكل واضح، حول كيفية وآليات تقنية تفكيك كافة شبكات التجسس الأمريكية على أراضينا وفى المنطقة، ولتقريب نفس الفكرة، بالتعرف على تقنيات مكاتب مكافحة التجسس الصينية فى تفكيك كافة شبكات التجسس الأمريكية على أراضيها. وهذا ما يجب علينا العمل عليه فى أوطاننا لحمايتها من أى إختراق أمريكى أو لعناصر الموساد الإسرائيلى
